ACE Group World logos are subject to copyright. Registered members are entitled to use them on their electronic or printed material subject to the terms and conditions below and at our absolute discretion. If our terms and conditions are breached or the use of the logo could be deemed to bring ACE Group World into disrepute, membership will be revoked pending investigation and legal action may be taken.

Once memberships is ceased for any reason, the use of ACE Group World must be removed from any publicity or media platform forthwith.

Only current members may use our logos

The logos are the sole and exclusive intellectual property of ACE Group World. The logos may be used only by members in good standing, or by organisations with the explicit permission of ACE Group World. If, and only if, such use is made pursuant to these terms and conditions. Any failure by a user to comply with the terms and conditions contained herein may result in the immediate revocation of this permission, in addition to any other sanctions imposed by ACE Group World.

Logos may not be altered in any way

ACE Group World logos may only be used in the format that they are produced by Us. Users are not permitted to alter the colours, aspect ratio, outline or overlay any other image or text to the logos.

Professional responsibility

The logos may be used in a professional manner on the member’s website, business cards, stationery, literature, advertisements, clinic window, or in any other comparable manner to signify the user’s membership of ACE Group World. The logos must never be used to imply that the member is an expert or recognised expert in the management of complications. 

Logos may not be used in any manner that discredits ACE Group World or tarnishes its reputation and goodwill; is false or misleading; violates the rights of others, any law, regulation, or other public policy; or mischaracterises the relationship between ACE Group World and the user, including but not limited to any use of the logos that might be interpreted as: an endorsement, approval, sponsorship, certification of the user, the user’s business or organisation, the user’s products or services, or that might be interpreted as support or encouragement to purchase or utilise the member’s products or services.

Consent

Use of ACE Group World logos indicates your consent to the interpretation of this agreement and that the judicial system shall have jurisdiction to settle any disputes.
