DANAI is the representative association for NMBI registered nurses practising in dermatology and aesthetics in Ireland. It was founded over 20 years ago by a small group of nurses who identified the need for specific standards in patient safety, to gain clear guidance while working to NMBI guidelines, and to support quality nurses working in the field of dermatology and medical aesthetics.
The Irish College of Aesthetic Medicine was established in 2024 to help advance safe and ethical aesthetic medicine for the benefit of medical practitioners and members of the public.
We support medical practitioners through education, training, professional development, and collaboration — with the ultimate goal of improving patient outcomes and setting high standards for care.
ACE Group Academy is the educational institution for the Aesthetic Complications Expert Group and will soon be providing a Level 7 in non-surgical aesthetic practice.
